Keep getting this error

I keep getting this error proping up now and then when i try to run a program in device ide:-

"An error message is available for this exception but cannot be displayed because these messages are optional and are not currently installed on this device. Please install ‘NETCFv35.Messages.EN.wm.cab’ for Windows Mobile 5.0 and above or ‘NETCFv35.Messages.EN.cab’ for other platforms. Restart the application to see the message"

But i already have 3.5 installed, it comes as part of windows mobile 6.5, any suggestions.

CFv3.5 is not the same as CFv3.5.Messages which are, as it says, optional.
