Android Question Keyboard over EditText on second click

When I click on the EditText, for the first time, it works the way it should - layout pops up so I can enter text in selected EditText, but when I dismiss keyboard and click on that same EditText again, it stays under keyboard.

there is no method to solve this error in normal way ?,also i did not use method send in your link because i read this note :
(Note that this method will not work if the activity is in full screen mode)
and my activity work in full screen mode

The panning is handled by the OS. You can force adjustPan with the manifest editor but I don't think that the result will be different.
