I'm sorry, but I really don't understand how to know that an item should be highlighted? My problem is very similar to the topic Highlight or enlarge or set focus to "active" button in Android TVs, I need to highlight some view on panel in CustomListView when keyboard arrow is pressed

You will need to implement the logic yourself. CLVSelection helps with highlighting the item you like.
