Hi,

as you know
Android 4.4 adds operating system support for two new composite sensors: step counter and step detector. This support will allow fitness app developers to access pedometer data without writing complex code and algorithms.

is anybody develop library for step counter ?

There is no need for a new library. You can use PhoneSensors from the Phone library.

Add these two lines to the sensors example:

AddSensor(18, "TYPE_STEP_DETECTOR", False)
AddSensor(19, "TYPE_STEP_COUNTER ", False)
