You can put 2 labels in one panel and color first label A and Color B the second label

Put a third transparent label across the two to carry the text.

Make 2 panels under the label, both half the length, that is not complicated...

You can even put the 2 labels side by side without the panel

Use the background colour and text colour to do your thing.
