Library List!?

Hi, I use both B4A & B4J a while ago I was asking about zips in B4J and was surprised the Archiver Lib worked on both! I also see some libs say they work in B4A or B4J but some features dont work.

So my question is... Is there a list of libs that work on B4J that are actually listed under the B4A?

If not WHY NOT??
