B4J Question Library with assets

How can i pack assets files into a library jar?
I get always a file not found exception in my MainApp

Because I'm using ABplugin to load the library during runtime. This will not work with b4xlib i think.
As you can see, all my questions are all about the same project im working on for 2 Years now ?
