the xml and jar files are inside the .b4xlib, you can change the extension of the file to .zip and unzip it anywhere in your computer and extract the xml and jar files.

No.
There is no .xml nor .jar file in the .b4xlib zipped file, there is only the .bas code module in there and some other files.
B4xlibs are cross-platform, with the same .b4xlib file for all three products.
You could compile a library with the .bas file, but then, you would need to compile one library for each product which are different and product specific.
