License upgrade policy

As I am planning to buy b4a I wonder if there will be reduced prices for upgrades to newer versions.
When I e.g. buy the basic version I have only 2 months of free upgrades total cost >$59.

So if I buy a newer version after e.g. a year is the price the same as the first time?

BTW afaict the product is totally worth it ...
