Android Question Limit for Multiple sms send

How many phones could be put in the multiplesmssend ? Is there a limit?

I'm not sure about the library, but I'm completely sure that actually sending limits depends on your service provider, I had reason to speak to both my suppliers in the past and they both had different sending limits per second, minute, hours but the limits were scrapped for new years eve. I spoke to both 3 and EE in the UK a few years ago.
