This is more an IDE question of B4A than about Android, but as far as I can see there´s no forum section where I can address this, unless I call it a bug or suggestion. The reason why I don´t is that it´s my hope that the feature already exists, and that I just haven´t managed to get it to work.
In VB6, I remember that Subs are clearly separated by a line, which makes it much easier to find a sub in the code. I found a screenshot by googling it, clearly showing what I´m talking about:
Does B4A have this feature, and if so, how can it be enabled?
