Android Question List Of LAN Computers

Is there a way to get a list of computers/Dir/files that are available over the network?
Basically I am looking to Duplicate what is under Windows Explorer when you click on Network.

Android and b4a from itselfs can't see SMB network (that is Windows Network too)... but as i see there is a library can help you in some parts:

ofcourse you can search the forum to check for ping routine
so you can loop your ip (phone/tablet) to get all availiabe ips on network...
