The implementation of this element seems very poor in later versions of Android (4.x.x and SDK=19)
The control is very thin on the side of the screen and hard to touch and vertically it shrinks to nothing when the ListView is heavily populated. Without this facility scrolling the view becomes very tedious... Is there a work-around ?
