Android Question ListView height

There are many posts about this, but the question here is a little different:
Is it possible to set the height of all items in the ListView to the height of the text, as in vb label and textbox?
I understand in vb this is automatically, and I am asking about the possibility of doing this in code.

In a ListView the height of the items of a same entry type are all the same, you cannot change the height for different entries.
Have a look at CustomListView or UltimateListView (chargable).
