Android Question Listview inside expandleable CLV doesnt scroll

Ok I have managed to use expandble custom list view and added a standard listview as an item.
It seems this list view cant scroll within another scrolling view. So I have attemptd to size the listview according to the number of items in the list.
If only a small number of items the list doesnt all show.
If many items in the list the expansion is too large.

Could someone please show me a better way

Maybe show a dialog with the list items.
