LoadLibrary failed error 998: Invalid acces to memory lacation

I hope you can assist me with following problem.
When I select a phone emulator from the android virtual device manager, it starts loading the emulator, but then gives me the following error: LoadLibrary failed error 998: Invalid access to memory location.

Have you tried to delete the AVD and create a new one?

Yes I removed all of them uninstalled B4A, installed 2.5 and still landed with the same problem.

This error is not related to Basic4android. The emulator is part of Android SDK. You can try to reinstall Android SDK.

I've un-installed and re-installed B4A, SDK and Java 7. Still ended up with the same problem. I think the problem might have been with Java doing a update somewhere along the line. Unless I clean windows registry I do not think the problem will disappear.

If you have a real device then I recommend you to use it instead of the emulator. The emulator is much slower and is not 100% accurate.
