I like to see Erel change his title from 'Administrator' to 'Founder and CEO'.. When someone sees that he is constantly striving to help people with CEO after his name, they get a lot more impressed. When they see 'Administrator', they think of him as just another employee. Being extremely modest, he would rather see no title at all after his name. Let us face it, we live in a world that gets mesmerized by stature, although in this case deservedly so.
