Location by cell tower

I am trying to get my location using ABWifi
but this is getting my location only if my wifi is on

How can I get my location based on my provider antenna
without using wifi

You don't need wifi turned on. I have an app that triangulates using ABWifi without wifi turned on.

What is the library that can give you GSM tower triangulation, ABWifi ver 1.2 says is not part of it..
