Hi, All

If to use OpenJDK before 19 - log messages of non-ASCII symbols are OK.
But if to use 19:

At this point the officially supported Java versions are OpenJDK 14, 11 or Oracle Java 8. I don't think that you will gain anything (right now) from using a different version.
