Android Question Logs Quantity, "´" Observation impact on App size?

Does the Logs amount and observations (remarks) impact in the App size?
Thanks in advance for the reply.
And after compilation (release mode) does it slow down the application?

Comments are removed during compilation. So they have zero effect.

Logs are kept but are unlikely to make any difference. Not in the program size and not in its performance.
