Android Question Looks Like problem

Hi,

I has been testing with a single Samsung Fame Movil and all looks good.. but then, I add a Tablet 9' and all looks bad.. I mean.. a large black spaces at right and bottom..

I don't see any AUTOSCALE ALL Applied, but every Design include this property

What I need to make a design that looks fine in every possible screen size ?
