iOS Question Mac Hosted Builder

Hi.

I can't understand how work B4i.

I don't have a Mac computer. I dont have a iPhone.

I can develop iOS applications?

I thought that if I bought B4i + Mac Hosted Builder I would have everything to program iOS apps.

without iPhone and Mac, can I start developing?

Would I need something else? what?

I am confused.

Somebody can explain me how work all this?
