Android Question making a notification permanently on the bar like the b4a bridge

Well, I read a lot and found some guide but nothing concrete about making a notification permanently on the bar like the b4a bridge does.
Can someone give me a help until I have the bridge passed but I can not find where the code is to leave it in the notification always
