Android Question Manage AVD Error

I just loaded B4Android on my Win7 PC and trying the "Hello World" program.

When I navigate to

Tools - Manage AVDs

I get this:

Can anyone help me fix this ?

Try to run AVD Manager manually. It is located in the Android SDK folder.
