marketplace on emulator

Can we access marketplace with the emulator?

I can't see it on my emulator.

To access the Market you need a Google account, the emulator cannot do that, in fact, even if you copy the APK to the emulator it won't work.

It is possible. I have had it working on one of my AVD's for quite some time.

Hmmm, I did try myself a while ago and didn't work, I'll have to revisit that, I never bother again after my first attempt.

There are some how to's on Google. I did have it working at one point but I think it was only on 1.5 or 1.6.
