Android Question Maven artifact not found: com.android.support/support-v4 on b4a v 9+

just purchased and get

Maven artifact not found: com.android.support/support-v4

also nothing pops up when i select Tools\SDK Manager

btprint sample compiles perfectly, but Bluetooth sample give the above

changed android.jar path to:
C:\Users\user1\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk\platforms\android-27\android.jar

(this path possibly created by android studio) and everything compiles/runs (yay)
except...
still no SDK manager - maybe not needed? proxy host and proxy are blank - are they needed?

You are not using the correct SDK it seems.
