Android Question Maven artifact not found com.google.android.gms/play-services-measurement

im trying to use firebase sdk and did everything and installed and imported all of it. you can see it in image below. added required libraries. installed sdk's using sdk manager and added "#AdditionalJar: com.google.android.gmslay-services-measurement-base" but still this error occurs.

Maybe the update is not complete.

@zed the thing is other libraries have same problem, I tried to remove this and after that firebase-messaging had same error. by the way how to install older version? can't do it in sdk manager. found it on maven repository but don't know how to install it

it was my bad, I used another android.jar other than one that provided in installation page
