after installing b4a 10 and going through the installation process from the beginning i am getting an error when i Update SDK Manager "Recommended Updates"

I saw this thread but it seems like there is still an update that gives that error.

i am using Firebase Notification and Firebase Admob. but as far as i remember i have to check Firebase Analytics if i use firebase.
