Bona Roma.. I was there in 1987.. Stayed with friend family living in downtown Roma in the 16th. Floor with no elevator.. If someone opened a coffee shop in 7th. Floor then he can make a lot of money from people want to have a brake.

Yep! I was right in the center of Roma.. The question on whether the building was 7 or 16 floors depends on when you were there and how old you are now
That's why I said my visit was in 1987

In the center of Roma there are only old (ancient) buildings, no "skyscrapers" (not even 7-storey buildings); ceilings of apartments are high at least 5 meters.
Talking about myself Luca.. I can't tell your age while I don't know it..
Ok.. Let"s decript it;
I came to Roma in 1987 in 2 weeks visit.. I stayed in a friend's house that was not far away from the train station which I guess in Downtown. When we went upstairs my host had to pause in the middle of the stairway.
Now I calculate it because after long time, I was young abd now above 40.. I cant remember.. But since I can now go up 10 floors without stopping then that building should be higher..
That's all what to it.. Next time I will post less secure messages
We are still six and a half hours away.. Tonight 1.x million people going to New York just to watch a ball being lowered down. I don't think I can make it to the crowd because people have been atreaming since the morning.. Imagine people standing out in the cold more than 12 hours, only to watch a ball for 10 seconds and then go back home.

With that said 2017 has started with a deadly terror attack in Turkey. Turkey is a close neighbor of us. I would like to send my condolences to all our Turkish members.
