Android Question Min version por b4x pages and JDBCSQL AND XUI VIEWS

In one old phone with android 4.4.2 no run mi application.
Error when try to connect with SQL SERVER using JDBCSQL
(by the way, don't forget inclue #AdditionalJar: jtds-1.3.1.jar and DisableStrictMode !!! in SQL SERVER proyects, 4 hours to solve, and my second time similar error).

This proyect is ok for this phone?
How know the minimal version for any library?
