Android Question Minimum PC Spec

Does anyone have any views on what is a reasonable PC specification to achieve fairly fast compilation times? I have a Hannspree Quanta stick that I got because it's so easy to take around with me. It will compile quite large B4A apps but is pretty sluggish. I want to get a new stick or mini PC that is ultra portable. Has anyone else gone down the route of using a stick or mini PC to compile B4A apps?
