iOS Question Missing Push Notification Entitlement

when I try to submit my app to itunes.connect i get:
Missing Push Notification Entitlement

also I get:
To use TestFlight Beta Testing, build 1.0.849 must contain the correct beta entitlement. For more information, see theFAQ.

it looks like the same error, but you have said i am not worry about this.

when you submitted you app did it give the push notification error above?
