B4J Question Missing Visual Designer

B4j 4.70
I opened the example project ServerExampleNoMySQL.b4j
I would like to add a windows form with buttons and textbox, surprised I can not find in the menu item [Designer]! Even if I make new project (without closing the IDE) the problem is the same.
If launch directly the ide b4j the [Designer] menu is displayed.
Does anyone have an explanation?

There are two types of projects in B4J: UI and Non-UI. Http servers are Non-UI (consequently, the Designer is unavailable). When you create a new project, take care to select UI or Non-UI as your project requirements demand.
