Android Question MMS authorisation even if not required and Evo-Gen virus

Hello
in my app is saw that i have the authorisation to send MMS, witch is not required (at all) and is a bad surprise for users and me.
I dont ask specifically for it in the "manifeste" neither with Runtimepermission.

Is it includes in one of these "usual" librairies ?

Now,
after the alert about MMS,
i have a user who reports a "virus evo-gen" detected.
With previous version i dont meet that alerts (API 28, now api 33 with only some code updates linked to FirebaseMessaging).
So.. someone have an idea of the process to remove these alerts ? (without remove devices AV )
