Android Question Module deleted

I deleted a module from the tab bar. I can not add the module back , as a error is generated that states a module with this name exists: name of module.

Since I x out the module from the tab bar, i can not remove the module as well...

Any help is appreciated...

When using the X you do NOT remove the module. You close it.
Go to the modules tab to open it again.

Press on Ctrl + E. It will take you to the modules list.
