Android Question Moving object by user

Hello,

Like to move an App icon into an android window, Is there also a library or a method to allow a user to move an object like a button or an image inside a panel ?

In fact, i would like to catch the onkeypress key and each position of the mouse (finger) , then to change the top and left object coordinates with code ?

If yes, could anyone to make me onthe way ?

Thanks for that link i have to adapt for my needs : manage the categories order of one menu with dragging the buttons
