Android Question MPEG2 Transport Stream handler

Hello,

Is it possible to play MPEG2 TS coming from whatever interface (USB, WIFI, Bluetooth) using Basic4Android? Maybe an external library? I couldn´t find more details on it...

You can use MediaPlayerStream from the Audio library to play streaming audio from a web server.

But I was thinking more like an audio+video Transport Stream, like the ones coming from a digital tv demodulator.

MPEG-TS is not supported natively in Android as far as I know.

I don't know what is your audio/video source but you could use the Vitamio-library (search for it here in the forum) to get the stream from a streamproxy or similar. The Vitamio-library is based upon FMPEG so more codecs are supported.
