I'm attaching images of what I think it might be. My Project menu, as you can see, does not show the Project->Activities Properties menu. It is not there.

I forgot about this menu item since I have not seen it for a long time. I found I had to click on the Hide Module menu selection in order to display the Activities Properties menu selection. So I checked the Include Title but that top msg bar did not show.

Is the Include Title what displays this top menu bar? (I also had ver 1.6 of the guide).

I see it now...it's the Full Screen option that I do not want checked. Thanks.

I also see why the Activities Properties menu item does not display. I was on a Code Module. I think it should have been disabled (dimmed) rather than completely removed. It was confusing to me to see it then not see it, etc.
