You should check the response you receive from the server.
If I understand your logs it seems like your PHP code is not being execued by your server. Instead it is returned as a text file. The PHP code is a server side script you should not see it return.

I understand, but can you tell me why it is not running, for testing I put this link wich give the php setting (if that runs and the country.php is in the same dir why it is not working

As you can see it is not being executed correctly.

Compare it to: http://basic4ppc.com/android/countries.php

I'm not a PHP expert so I do not know why it happens. Try searching for it, it seems that this problem is common.

As far as I can see is that I need mssql drivers for php this drivers I have found and installed, but no succes, I had to add the drivers in the ext map of php and edit the php.ini the result is that php did not work anymore.

Further I read that PHP5.3 no longer support mssql so I think thats why it is not working, it takes a lot of time and no result
