Wish multiple commands on single line?

why not:
command; command; ...

Not sure that I understand this request. You can use colon sign to write multiple commands on a single line. This is part of basic programming language.

Is it possible to add ability to use the semicolon as separator (as an alternative to the colon sign) ?

The colon sign is the separator in all basic variants. The semicolon is the separator in C and its derived languages.

I prefer not to add a redundant separator character.
