Don't know did you publish your app on Google Play Store or not. But if you want to publish on Google Play Store, you should remove YouTube logo or you will get trouble with them ;)

I received an ugly email, saying that I was violated the company policy, Intellectual Property, Deception, and Spam.
https://play.google.com/about/ip-deception-spam/
I talk with the company who hired me, and we send a letter with my contract
and the they reinstated the app.

was strange been accused of that.

But no more question before the email with the letter.

Great to hear that you could successfully get your app reinstated. For me, they never reply to my email. Could you share me some sample of documents that you used to send to Google? I wonder what kind of legal document that coukd make them reinstate our app.

In my case Google unblocked my app after i could provide a pdf with the following:
- official letterhead from brand owner
- little text saying something like "We allow XXXX to publish an app with our brandname, logo, pictures, etc on google play as long it is for free"
- signature of the brandowner

I know the brandowner personaly and so it wasn't difficult to get him to give me such a .pdf.

So how about the videos? If I were the owner of the videos posted on some channel on YouTube, how can I prove them with the PDF?
