Last weeks / months I worked on a new system for position detection in steel darts (see first video presentation). I asked for help, building a first prototype in the forum here, and without the help of Serge I would not be so far yet!
Years ago I did already something with E-Darts. To reuse this code (a class with many darts games and a platform in ASP.NET) is the main reason, I codet the Desktop-Software in Visual Studio. But the Arduino code is written in B4R (first time I use this and it works very well). Also the Apps I will write in B4A and B4i.
The interesting part in many Darts games like 301 or 501 is, that you have no direct interaction with your opponent (I think, only golf is similar in that way). So I invited already for the E-Darts platform the "virtual player mode". You can play against people who have already played their game. You see images and videos, but you don't know the results. That makes it (almost) like real live games feeling. The new domain for this (www.X01.club) I have already now. Let's see, how far it is until this idea is realized.
