Wish NB6- special type of notification for mutimedia

I know that there is a special type of notification for Mutimedia, unfortunately it is not yet implemented in my beloved NB6 class.

Creating a notification with MediaStyle should be very simple. See how BigTextStyle is implemented and change the style to $MediaStyle.

Tying it with the media session will be more complicated.
