I still can't figure the permission problem. Altough I ask for permission at start and manifest is ok, when uploading a file i am getting no permission error thats why uploads are failing. I am still working on it to get fixed. BTW, 14 testers are currently opted in. After the fix, I hope to find 6 more

it looks like i need manage_external_storage permission. Google denied my build earlier but I sent it again today with an explanation. hope they accept it.

18 opted in. 2 more needed than 15 days count will start
The 15 days count starts only when 20 users opt in?
It's not an individual count?
Just out of curiosity.

yes, I think it is that way. becuse it says run your test with 20 testers for 15 days so before reaching 20 testers it doesnt start the count. I only need 2 more.

Total madness.
Having your app tested by 20 Users is fairly different that having it from 20 Users Simultaneously.
Anyway.....
Google is working really hard to kill apps development.

Yeah. I don't think this is the right way to do it. Making a better review process like apple would be better.

I kinda of understand the Google's intention... By doing so, they want to make sure the apps are "well" tested before being released into "the wild"... but the way they approach the subject is cumbersome...
I don't really think that only changing the review system would solve the "buggs galore" we see in some new apps, I would prefer something in between, like having it publicly marked as "test phase" but still be downloadable by anyone that accepted the risks involved.

Google rejected the build again because of manage_external_storage. I am changing to use mediastore api to select files. Test is ongıoing for 2 days, 13 days left. ThaNK YOU ALL.
