Need amateur app made professional

I am an amateur developer new to B4A and have developed a reasonably complicated (I think) app which interacts with an SQLite database, send/receives text messages, uses FTP to send/receive files to/from a website site and prints via Bluetooth. I am hoping to base a new service on this app and really need a professional developer to either make it robust and efficient or to redevelop it completely.
