Android Question Need help on USB to RS232 (PC)

Hi brother, I would like to send some text/string from android phone to Hyperterminal (PC) via RS232 cable. I may need a serial library but I really do not know to getting start. I'm quite new on serial communication/hw interface, appreciate to donate for helping hand. Thanks.
