Need help translating app strings

I am going to add tranlation to one of my apps:

Reason that I have started to add translations is that the app went upwards from 2,3 installs / day to 30, 40 instals/day.

As it is a professional app which you earn money with, you should put the request to the job offers forum (at least offer 5-10$ for the translation of a language). Otherwise I'm not sure if people are willing to help.

Yes, I know how is to work for others

If this app makes 100$ a day , 5$ bid for a translation won't do user any good .
I work building apps from 5 years now with basic4android, 4 years I did not see 5 $ all month.

Eye drops - copies color from bitmap pixels
66- Selection tool as function for selecting objects
141/142 - revision as a note to make changes visible , revision cloud comes from autocad is a custom baloon to point to a spot (igonre clouds)
142- polar tracking - as the user will be guided to draw only horizontal or vertical lines

Here is the impact over adding cad functions over canvas drawing app !! I did not get to see such trend over last 5 years.
Very good retention rate.
The biggest challange so far Outofmemory issues...
I never seen over 100 installs /day ...may I will have the chance now, anyway I try to be resonable and focus on developing rather than the app success
