New Forum section(s) for AI related threads

AI is getting more and more traction, and starting to cluther the sub-forums... I think it would help separate threads if AI had its own sub-forum in each relevant platform, or a cat of its own

For now I recommend adding [AI] to the title of relevant threads.

The problem is, no one is using it! 4 out of 10 new threads are AI related, and often don have any indication in the title of that fact...
