I think you should have one thread for this and title it without the version numbers. Example New SQLite-jdbc version Updates

Then in the actual thread, you can post the link to the versions as and when available.
In that way, all versions will be in one thread, like how actual libraries are organised and updated.

Totally agree!
I must confess I don't know why I didn't start to post these updates the way you are suggesting.
I could get all these links and put them together in a new thread called... say... "Sqlite JDBC Version Updates". This is quite easy to do, but I don't know how to delete the other threads (including this one).
Maybe Erel could help me in doing this...
