I think this is the reason why it wont fit on smaller resolutions. But it's not a big deal, forum content fits nicely, and that matters.
Nice new design, I like it.

Jaames is right.

I'm on a 1024x600 netbook and it all fits nicely exept the search engine field that's out of sight.

So if I want to use the search I need to scroll to the right but that's an interaction that's not used much so I can live with that.
